Health and Safety
Due to the nature of much of our work, we are bound by a duty of care to our customers, employees and trusted partners.
At a common sense level, this includes Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) but also at a personal level we have ensured primary staff have attended First Aid, Fire Marshall, Slip & Trip as well as Safe Handling courses. Our accreditations are listed in the website header (above) and all our work is covered by insurance as required by law.
IMPORTANT NOTE – When it comes to Electrical safety, it should be noted that as certified technicians, if an installation is tested and assessed as dangerous, the installation should immediately have corrective action – this can mean we have to isolate and shut down services occasionally, which can be inconvenient – we put your safety first then do all we can to rectify the situation promptly.
